Returns & Refund

At WU SKIN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If this is not the case, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below.

 

1. Return Period

In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.

All return requests must be made within this period.


2. Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • be unused
  • be in its original packaging
  • be in perfect condition for resale.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned.


3. Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:

  • opened cosmetic products
  • used or damaged products
  • products without original packaging
  • products on sale or clearance (if noted).


4. Return Procedure

To make a return, please:

  • contact our customer service at sav@wuskinparis.com
  • provide your order number
  • specify the reason for the return.

Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise specified:

  • return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • the initial shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether the refund has been approved or denied.

If the return is approved:

  • the refund will be issued via the original payment method
  • refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days.


7. Damaged Product or Order Error

If you receive:

  • a damaged product
  • a defective product
  • the wrong item,

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at sav@wuskinparis.com with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the product.

We will then offer a suitable solution (replacement or refund).


8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, we recommend that you:

  • return the original item (if eligible)
  • place a new order.


9. Delays or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • check your bank account
  • contact your bank
  • contact us at sav@wuskinparis.com.

Bank processing times may vary by institution.
